My background is customer service.

I spent five years in Customer Relations with a High Street store. Also known as “escalated complaints.” I briefly spent time part of their Social Media Team – ironically I hated it!

As a Social Media Manager, I am responsible for creating and managing an organisation’s social media presence. This involves strategic planning, content creation, and brand awareness. 

For me, social media is an ongoing conversation with the audience. It changes all the time and does not have a set recipe for success. My strategy is not about selling products or services – it’s about building relationships through content creation and copywriting. I never promise sales, but instead help clients create consistent content.
